Circuit training is a time-efficient gym method that combines strength and cardio into one high-intensity workout. By rotating through multiple exercises with minimal rest, you build lean muscle, increase calorie burn, and elevate your metabolism for hours—all while keeping your routine fresh and engaging.
Try this circuit: perform each exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds while moving to the next machine, and complete 3 full rounds. Rest for 2 minutes between each full round.
Station 1: Leg Press – Targets your quads, glutes, and hamstrings.
Station 2: Chest Press Machine – Works your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Station 3: Lat Pulldown – Strengthens your upper back and biceps.
