9/11/01 — 25 Years of Remembrance

The Acadien Social Club was honored to host a special evening dedicated to remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honoring the brave men and women who answered the call — then and every day since.

A special thank you to State Senator Durant, Gardner Mayor Nicholson, and City Council President Tyros for joining us and sharing their words during our opening ceremonies.

We were honored to have:

• ASC Master of Ceremonies — Claude “Boot” Leger
•Closing Prayer — Josh Nasiatka
• Davin & Karen Fors — Tom Fors Foundation

Thank you to the Fors Foundation for their continued commitment to supporting our First Responders and the organizations that serve our communities.

And thank you to all the first responders, elected officials, members, guests, and community members who came together to remember, honor, and never forget.

A HEARTFELT THANK YOU FROM THE ACADIEN SOCIAL CLUB 🇺🇸

Last night was truly a night of remembrance, honor, and gratitude as we came together to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 and recognize those who continue to answer the call.

A very special thank you to our elected officials who took the time to attend and share their words with us. We are grateful for your support and participation.

To all the first responders who joined us—Police, Fire, EMS, Dispatchers, Military, and Healthcare Professionals—thank you. And a special thank you to those who brought their department patches. It was an honor to display them as a symbol of the courage, dedication, and sacrifice represented by each department.

Thank you to all of our guests, members, friends, and community supporters who came out and helped make the evening so meaningful.

We are also incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and created the amazing raffle baskets. Your generosity helped make the fundraiser a success, with proceeds going to the Tom Fors Foundation, supporting first responders in our communities.

And finally, a huge THANK YOU to our committee. This event was truly a team effort. From planning and preparation to setup, fundraising, and making the evening special, your hard work and dedication made it possible. The Acadien Social Club is grateful for each and every one of you.
