If you were able to load all this weight on the machine you should have been able to unload it! Just because you were here at 1am (8/20)doesn’t make it right to just leave it for the next person to unload it all. It’s called gym etiquette. Do the right thing even when no one is watching!!!

Thank you to the member who contacted the fire department about hearing water running in the Little Red Wagon shop. The bathroom sink above us in CubeSmart was left running and flooded down into the shop and our laundry room. The fire department notified us 5am this morning to let us know what had happened. If you had not called them the damage would have been worse. Thank you!!!! 😊

Our shirts and hoodies have arrived. If you have placed a preorder, please see our staff to arrange for collection. Please note that orders will only be held for two weeks unless prepaid, after which they will be put up for general sale. There were certain items that were not available in the colors requested.

We apologize to all of you who came to the gym early this morning and could not get in. The system apparently shut down at midnight on Sunday and did not restart the program that controls the door. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Reminder: When staff members are not present, all individuals entering the premises must scan their key tags. It is crucial that no one allows entry to persons without a key tag, as the safety of members is our top priority. A recent incident involving a non-member being allowed entry highlights the importance of adherence to this policy. Guests are not permitted without staff supervision.
