Welcome - Since 1982, the ACSHA has been serving the South Central Pennsylvania area. A small clubhouse with snack and beverage vending. http://acsha.com/

We strive to provide the community with safe, fun and professional shooting range services and training. The ACSHA is a private outdoor range facility located near Gettysburg, Pa in northern Adams County, south-central Pennsylvania. ACSHA facilities include two 25 yard pistol ranges, for action pistol events, and a 100 yard r***e range. Access is limited by a locked gate, unless the range is open for an event or meetings. We hold action shoots for all types of fi****ms. We provide various NRA training courses. A quick moment to say thank you to the area fire folks who came on Saturday: Heidlersburg Fire Company Bendersville Community Fire DepartmentArendtsville Community Fire Company; if we are missing any to mention, we will update asap. Since social media feeds awareness of each other, it's nice to tag/follow where we can. These folks helped to do a lot on Saturday.

And apparently the turtle on scene that day is a female, and was named "Samantha" by one of the junior fire folks there. Samantha was not shy, and showed interest in the goings on. Needless to say, she was admired and kept safe during the operation. She might become an unofficial mascot now...

Got a .380 ACP? We have an upcoming event for that. Please comment if you have a .380 of some type, and what you like and don't like about it, and if you are interested in jumping in on a .380 session. We all likely know it's not the first choice for concealed carry, but with modern am******on it is still in the mix of general consideration (see https://inside.safariland.com/blog/do-you-carry-a-380-auto-5-self-defense-rounds-that-make-a-difference/). If nothing else but why not? :)

We have the controlled burn tomorrow; if anyone is free to help for a bit, that would be most appreciated. Really, just helping with incidentals, moving some tires, being on hand is what is needed. This should reduce the excessive growth, and help with visibility. But don't bring hot dogs...not the best idea to roast a good hotdog tomorrow. :)

The 2027 monthly coaching sessions for women/youth are picking up! Several signups already, with more on the way. Note, this will be a free event. We will get the FB post/content consistent soon, as social media takes WAY more time than is desired, but once things are all updated, the msg should be the same. These will be referenced in the USCCA site and other areas.

All participants will get a journal/notebook to log their progress as we go, along with other perks throughout the year. Gun rental/ammo will be made available; free eyes/ears for participants. Rain or shine, these events will happen. Clearly, extremely cold/bad weather could shorten a session in the early part of the year, but we are striving for consistency and focus with training. We want the participants to feel stronger with their skills and confidence.
