The BIG announcement

As most of you may know, we started building a new 4800 car for to race at King of the Hammers 2024.

Well, a few weeks ago, Randy invited me to drive the new 4800 car in the 4400 race this year too!

To answer some questions:

- Yes, I’ll still be racing the Samurai in the EMC in 4600.

-Yes, Randy will be racing the 4800 in the EMC, he’ll also be racing his existing 4400 car in the unlimited race again as well.

The 4848 car will finish the EMC Race Friday afternoon, get a quick re-prep and ideally a fresh set of 40” race tires, then line back up for the 4400 race on Saturday morning. It’s gonna be a wild ride.

There’s so many emotions that I can’t show you over the interwebs, but to put it simply, I’m so incredibly humbled and grateful for this opportunity. I hope I can do well and make everyone proud.

I look back on the last 5-10 years with King of the Hammers, and constantly think: what could we possibly accomplish in the next 5?

I’ve got a full set of Deaver leaf springs for a samurai 1.5” lift, stock lengths. They made these custom for me to race koh 2021, although the fronts only have one series race on them. I hate to see these things rotting in storage, they belong on someone’s rig. $900 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states.

All the OG zukicon crew was at marlin this weekend and we had some ideas for those that want to participate.

Onesie night at the springs, wear your favorite onsie or pj's, just make it fun. Samurai's are weird, embrace it. Lol

Community snack. Bring your favorite snack, sweet or salty, to pass around the camp fire on Saturday night. We inadvertently started this last year because everyone had so much junkfood they didn't want to bring home.

Can't wait to see everyone there.
