⚽ TOPSoccer starts this Saturday, 9/26, and we are still looking for players and volunteers! 💛💙

TOPSoccer is Garland Soccer’s special needs soccer program, focused on soccer skills, games, and most importantly, having fun!

We’ve had such an awesome start to the season, and we LOVE getting to see all of the players out there working hard, having fun, and making memories. Let’s keep it going!

📸 WEEK 2 HIGHLIGHT REEL
Parents, we want your photos and videos! Upload your favorite moments from Week 2 to our Dropbox so we can use them for our highlight reel and on GSA social media.

By uploading photos/videos, you are giving GSA permission to use them on our social media and other promotional platforms.

A few reminders as we head into another weekend:

• Let the coaches coach and the referees ref. Coaches are volunteers giving their time to our players, and referees are there to manage the game. Please do not approach or confront coaches or referees about disagreements, playing time, calls, positions, or other game-related concerns. If you have a concern, please find a GSA Director and we’ll be happy to help.

• Bring plenty of water! Texas heat + soccer = lots of hydration. Please make sure your player has plenty of water for practices and games.

• Concessions will be OPEN ALL DAY SATURDAY! Stop by for drinks, snacks, food, and refreshments while you’re at the fields.

Most importantly — let’s keep making this a fun, positive environment for our players. They’re out there learning, growing, competing, and having FUN. ❤️⚽️

Fall 2026 registration is officially CLOSED! ⚽️

Thank you to all of our GSA families for making this season possible.
We are already off to a great season.

⚽️ THAT’S A WRAP ON DAY ONE! ⚽️

Thank you to all of our players, parents, coaches, referees, and volunteers for making the first day of the season such a great one! It was HOT and we appreciate everyone sticking it out and getting the season started with us.

We’re already looking forward to cooler game days… because apparently Texas didn’t get that memo..

A couple quick reminders as we head into the season:

Please make sure you’re sitting on the appropriate sideline for your team. We also ask that parents and spectators allow our coaches and referees to do their jobs without interference. If you have a concern or an issue comes up during a game, please find a GSA Director and we’ll be happy to help.

And of course… we want to see your pictures and videos!

IT’S KICKOFF TIME!

We are SO excited to be back for another season of GSA soccer! We can’t wait to see our players, coaches, referees, and families back on the fields tomorrow.

A few reminders as we kick off the season:

• Players, please come prepared with cleats and shin guards.
• Please respect our referees. They are an important part of making game day possible.
• Please respect our coaches and the time they dedicate to our players.
• Spectators, please remain on your designated side of the field.
• Cheer for your players, encourage good sportsmanship, and help us keep the sidelines positive.
• Most importantly, let’s make this a fun, welcoming environment for all of our players and families.

We’re ready for a wonderful season and can’t wait to get started!

🚧 GSA Families, please plan for extra travel time when heading to Winters Park!

Garland Water Utilities will begin waterline maintenance this week on Spring Creek Drive.

Please expect lane closures, detours, and traffic delays for approximately four weeks. Traffic to and from Winters Park will be affected throughout the project.

Please allow extra time to travel and park when heading to practices and games.

🚧 Remember to follow all posted traffic signs and use caution around work crews.

Do you have a student looking to earn volunteer service hours? Or know someone who wants to make an impact in our community? 💛💙

Garland Soccer’s TOPSoccer program is looking for volunteers this fall! ⚽

🙋 What do volunteers do?
Our volunteers are paired with an athlete with special needs during each TOPSoccer session. They help their buddy learn soccer skills, play games, and most importantly, have fun!

Previous soccer experience is great, but definitely not required. Buddies must be at least 12 years old.
