Let’s take mindfulness off the mat and into our bodies. This class uses fun, novel activities to reveal what concentration and physicality feel like as a full-body experience.

We’re doing something different this May. If you’ve been living with the frustration of "just a little" leak when you laugh, or that constant feeling of heaviness and core fatigue, it’s time to move beyond the "squeeze" and start building reflexive, reliable strength.
True pelvic health isn't about constant tension—it’s about a body that responds to life with ease. Join me in person for this brand-new series where we move through two distinct phases to reset your foundation and build resilient power.
🗓 THE PATHWAY:
Phase 1: The Neutral Reset (May 4 – June 8) No class May 18 & 25 We focus on finding your "Not Too" Baseline. These first four weeks are restorative, teaching your body to un-learn compensatory habits and find a state of physical quiet.
Phase 2: The Supple Strength (June 15 – July 6) Once your foundation is neutral, we build. We shift the focus to suppleness and functional power, teaching your muscles to be elastic and reactive so they support you automatically.
