Hey everyone—the three-month COB Academy is just over a week away from beginning.

This is a weekly, regularly scheduled instruction where students will:

⚾️Do strength/agility work

🥎Build more explosiveness in hitting

⚾️Breakdown/Rebuild swing mechanics

🥎Use metrics to track progress

⚾️Build hitters into toughest outs

And there will be more…

Sessions are 60 minutes each. There will also be homework to do after each session. Students are expected to put in work on their own.

Academy runs from Nov. 1-Jan 31. It is a three-month commitment. During this time there will be limited openings for regular hitting instructions if you’re not enrolled in the Academy.
