We are looking for up to 3 new coaches looking to join our staff here at Apex Performance!


What we are looking for?

- Availability (what will start as a part time role, we are hoping to grow to full time down the line)

- An genuine interest in fitness and helping people achieve goals. (both physical and mental)

- A willingness to learn and grow as a coach & person!

- A team player. You will be working with both small and large groups of people from all ages, shapes and sizes. From co workers to members in the gym, you will be working alongside others often.

- A personality. This goes hand in hand with the above message. We are a people to people business. We want to get to know you and so do the members. Be comfortable talking (sometimes loudly) in both one on one and large group settings. We do this all day long, its apart of what makes us us.

Satursday, November 21st we are back & partnering with Reps For Responders to bring you our 3rd annual Apex Games.

We are confirmed for 8 teams and looking for more to help raise money for First Responders!

Teams of 3, must have atleast 1 boy or 1 girl on each team. $200 per team and includes an Apex Games competition shirt. Reach out to us if you are interested in putting a team in!

This is not official!

But we want to give all the competitors 2 months to train for The Apex Games. We will have official workouts, times, scoring system, rules & regulations plus "The Finale" completed and posted shortly.

In the mean time, this is a very accurate guide to the style of competition to expect in the 3rd Annual Apex Games.

All teams must consist of three athletes: either two men and one woman, or two women and one man.

Start training & get your teams submitted ASAP!

More than anything else, consistency is 🔑

Other huge tips to getting that first pull up is doing more pull ups or regression variations more often, rows, pulls of any kind to build up the back muscle needed to pull your chin over the bar. That paired with improving core strength to stabilize your body as you pull up and descend is huge!
