Gary's beaches are flying Red today! No swimming allowed!

A big thank you to the Marquette Park Gary Lifeguards for all their hard work keeping our beaches safe. Water Safety Social's committee member, Elsie Goldberg stopped by to extend her gratitude and surprised them with gift certificates to Miller Pizza Company.

It you happen to be in the park, stop by and express your thanks to the lifeguards, they have a tough job and we are grateful they are guarding our beach.

Our Zone has changed from a 5 to a 6
