“Deep in a perimenopause slump today. 😔 This stage can feel incredibly isolating sometimes, especially when you’re trying to navigate symptoms that feel invisible or misunderstood. It’s easy to get caught in your own head, wondering if anyone truly “gets it.”
I believe in the power of community, and right now, I’m reaching out. We’re stronger when we share our experiences and learn from each other.
If you’ve been there (or are there now!), what’s one thing you wish someone had told you about these down days during perimenopause? What piece of wisdom or comfort would you offer? Let’s build a supportive thread below.

Menopause can make you feel like you are trapped in symptoms nobody else can see.
Fatigue.
Brain fog.
Hot flashes.
Anxiety.
Irritability.
Sadness.
Sleep disturbance.
Even moments where you do not feel like yourself at all.
And let’s be honest, that can feel lonely.
But struggling in silence is not the answer.
What you are feeling matters.
What you are experiencing is real.
And support, strategy, and symptom management can make a difference.
You are not being dramatic.
You are not weak.
You are navigating a real transition, and you deserve care while you do it.
This season may be challenging, but it does not have to define you.
You can learn your body.
You can advocate for yourself.
You can get the support you need.
And you can still live intentional today.
