You never know what you're going to see during an F3 workout! During Tuesday’s Diablo Sammich Ruck, a PAX member captured SpaceX flying over Hoffman Road. 🚀

Shoutout to our PAX who spent last Saturday cleaning up the area along the road F3 has adopted through Keep Gastonia Beautiful’s Adopt-A-Street program. Thanks to everyone who helped!

This morning, 14 PAX took part in the annual Waterboy 6K Challenge at the Pub, sponsored by Belmont Eye. The event features a relay-style race, with partners taking turns sprinting up Duke Street. Each PAX completed seven sprints.

Congratulations to Bullwinkle and Sargento for taking home first place! And a big thank-you to Belmont Eye for providing swag for all the contestants.
