A couple weeks ago, some of our PAX laced up for the Run the Wave 5K, supporting the Ashbrook High School Foundation. Several of these men are proud alumni, making it even more meaningful. Way to represent and give back, gentlemen. 👊

Some of our PAX showed up strong at the Belmont Classic 5k, pushing chariots for SPEED FOR NEED. It’s one thing to run the miles—it’s another to carry others with you along the way.

F3 is more than just fitness. It’s about being in the community and giving back. Shoutout to Tube for organizing a cleanup along the Avon Creek Greenway one Saturday morning. Good work, men. 👊

F3 Dad’s on March 28 was a great morning of fitness and fellowship with our kids. We got in some work, shared a few laughs, and made the kind of memories that stick. Thank you Ben Edmond (Montana) for leading this workout.

Last month’s 2nd F event at Carolina Speedway was one for the books. Fast cars, good laughs, and even better fellowship—just another reminder that showing up goes way beyond the workout.

Shoutout to our very own Steve “Eh Y’all” Brooks for conquering the Camp Toccoa Challenge. Way to represent and get after it. Strong work, brother. 👊

Earlier this month, a few of our PAX laced up and took on the Ville to Ville 72-mile relay from Asheville to Greenville. Miles were logged and fellowship was strong the whole way through.

Give these guys some well-earned t-claps for getting it done. 👏

Our own Pax Jeff “Pinto” Thomas is making a difference through the Rice N Bean community service program in Gastonia, which provides weekly meals to people experiencing homelessness. He was recently featured in a story by Queen City News. Press play to learn more.

This morning, 65+ men gathered in the gloom at 5:30 AM to honor the life of Justin Frady—Hot Corner—with a workout at the AO he founded at Lifeline Church.

His legacy of leadership, encouragement, and brotherhood lives on in the PAX he impacted.

At the close of the beatdown, his M—Courtney—joined us for the Circle of Trust. In a powerful moment, she was given the name "5 Star," honoring her faithful service to our country.

We carry Hot Corner’s torch forward.
