Just finishing the season and I'd like to share a deer you don't offen see, first the fact I believe it to be 8 years old at least, most likely 10+. Second it is only the 3rd deer since I remember doing skulls [over 20 years now], to have k9's or ivorys and big ones at that. A true example of a Northern Michigan Monarch and the score doesn't mean a thing. Congratulations to a good friend on the harvest!

I started out always being fasinated with the wildlife in nature. I also loved good taxidermy as a kid. When my grandpa taught me to trap, I started putting up fur for the buyers. When my dad kept shooting bucks, I thought to myself, let me try and clean those up for you. With all these experiences led me to enjoy creating trophy european mounts and tanned hides.
