This Saturday, Geneseo comes together. 💙

When I was a student here, there was a real bond between the college and the community. Students knew the shop owners, neighbors cheered on the campus, and Main Street felt like it belonged to all of us. I'd love to see that happen again, and this festival is a great place to start.

📣 NEW SCHEDULE ALERT!
We’ve been listening! Based on requests from teachers, students, early risers, those who don’t leave work until 6pm—and everyone in between—we’re making some changes to the Align & Define schedule.

Our new schedule rolls out Monday, October 19th, and here’s what’s new:
✨ Later evenings: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evening classes move back one hour to 6pm & 7pm for those who need a little more time after work.
🍎 Teachers, this one’s for you: We’ve added a Tuesday 4pm class for those getting out of school around 3pm.
🌅 Wednesday mornings: We’re trying a 7am Foundations for our early risers, followed by 8am Classics and Classical Mat at 9am.
🔥 NEW! Align Arc: Thursdays at 12pm. This new class combines Spine Corrector, Mat + Reformer for a challenging, full-body Pilates workout. And fair warning—this one is going to be a tough one!
💗 The First 30: Our introductory class will now be offered Fridays at 5:30pm.
🎓 SUNY Geneseo: Our discounted student-only class is moving to Saturdays at 12pm, so you can get your Pilates in without competing with Friday classes, studying and evening plans.

As a new studio, we’re continuing to learn what works best for our clients AND our instructors. Thank you for your patience, feedback and support as we adjust, experiment and build a schedule that works for our growing community.
