Today was our Valentine Challenge kick-off event and everyone is off to a great start! A huge thank you to our rowers who used this event as an opportunity to support TriCity Family Services. Achieving goals and helping others achieve theirs. Way to go!

One of the things that we like about indoor rowing is that a single workout can be appropriate for so many ages and fitness levels. It really will "meet you where you are at" - and it is totally up to you, how far you will go!!
We have classes for beginners on Tuesdays at 5pm, and we still have a few seats open. If you're curious about the indoor rowing experience, come on by and see what it's all about!
