Just like ice cream, not all Pilates is the same 🍦✨
Whether you're drawn to the timeless structure of Classical Pilates, the fresh approach of Contemporary Pilates, or the personalized support of Clinical Pilates, each style offers something unique.
The best part? There isn't a "right" choice. It all depends on your goals, your body, and where you are in your movement journey.

Kinda chic to move your body in a way that actually feels good. 💓

Some days Pilates looks like precision and control… and some days it looks like this—me moving through a position while Hannah makes it her own too.
This is what I love about movement: it doesn’t have to stop when life is happening around you. It adapts, it includes, and it becomes part of how you live, not something separate from it.

Client love like this means everything 🤍Every person who walks through my door has a unique story, which is why I take an individualized approach to movement, strength, recovery, and healing. Seeing clients regain mobility, reduce pain, and feel empowered in their bodies again is exactly why I do this work. Thank you, Stephanie, for trusting me with your journey. ✨

Every 1:1 session with me is designed to help you understand your body, release tension, and build better, more efficient movement patterns.
We start with a quick assessment of posture and movement—things like standing posture (checking for rounded shoulders or kyphosis), seated thoracic rotation, or wall angels to see how your shoulders and upper back are moving and where we may need support.
From there, we move into manual therapy, where I use a combination of techniques based on your needs in the moment. This can include clinical sports massage, Kinesio Taping, Clinical Thai Bodywork, Graston Technique®, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques. Each method is chosen to help reduce pain, improve mobility, release fascial restrictions, and support your body’s natural recovery process.
Then we look at functional movement (how your body is actually moving in real time) so we can identify patterns, imbalances, and compensations that may be causing discomfort or limitation.
We finish with Pilates-based work to reinforce those corrections, strengthen the right areas, and help your body learn new, healthier movement patterns you can carry into daily life.
It’s a full-body, individualized approach that meets you where you are and supports you in moving with more ease, strength, and awareness.

Every body tells a different story, which is why every 1:1 session I teach is personalized to the person standing in front of me. ✨
Whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating pelvic floor concerns, building strength, improving balance, or simply wanting to move with more confidence, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a plan that works for your body.
Through movement assessment, hands-on guidance, and individualized Pilates programming, we work together to build strength, improve function, and help you feel your best (both in and out of the studio). 🤍
Because Pilates isn't just about exercise. It's about moving better for life.
