Calling all athletes! ⚽️🏐🏒

This summer, MDC is offering Pilates for Athletes — designed to help improve strength, flexibility, core control, balance, mobility, and injury prevention for athletes of all levels. 💪

Whether you play on the field, court, ice, or stage, Pilates is a great way to build the strength and stability needed to perform at your best!

Congratulations, Lily!

We are so proud to celebrate Lily! Lily is a conservatory dancer, and she will begin an exciting new chapter at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music in the fall, where she will pursue her BFA in Ballet while double majoring in Exercise Science.

Lily has been a true leader within our school, carrying herself with grace, kindness, and professionalism both inside and outside of the studio. Over the past several years, she has also served as a teacher for our Pre-Ballet students and has quickly become a favorite among all of our littles. Her patience, warmth, and calming presence have made her someone everyone loves to be around and have left such a lasting impact on the next generation of dancers.

Watching Lily grow from a young dancer into the accomplished artist and person she is today has been such a privilege. She has been an incredible role model to our students and a shining example of hard work, dedication, and heart. While we will miss her dearly, we could not be more excited for all that lies ahead.

A special fun fact — both Miss Judy and Miss Kaleigh are also proud graduates of the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music Dance Program, making this journey even more meaningful for our EFAD family.

So incredibly proud of LV on her acceptance to the Joffrey Ballet School Summer Intensive! ✨

LV is not only insanely talented, but also one of the sweetest and hardest working dancers around. You can almost always catch her in the studio in a balance! We know she is going to make the absolute most of this amazing opportunity.

We cannot wait to watch her learn, grow, and experience all that this summer has to offer. Congratulations, LV — we are so proud of you! 🤍🩰✨
