Shoulder Burn 🔥
Strong shoulders aren’t just for looks — they build stability, power, and durability for everything you do in the gym and in sport. Today’s session is all about controlled reps, constant tension, and finishing with a burn that lets you know the work got done.
Shoulder Burn Workout
Arnold Press – 4 sets x 8–10 reps
Focus on full rotation and controlled tempo. Build strength through the full range of motion.
Shoulder Shrugs – 4 sets x 12 reps
Heavy but controlled. Pause at the top and squeeze the traps.
Finisher: Lateral Raises – 3 sets x 15–20 reps
Light weight, strict form, constant tension. Shoulders should be on fire by the end.
Strong shoulders. Strong posture. Strong athletes.

Chest Day PUMP
4 Rounds:
• Jammer Chest Press – 8 reps (explode through, control back down)
• DB Bench Press – 8–10 reps (full range, neutral spine)
• Chest Flys – 10–12 reps (2 sec stretch, 1 sec squeeze)
• Incline Smith Machine Press – 8 reps (upper chest focus, slow eccentric)
Rest 60–90 sec between rounds.
Quality reps > heavy weight.

LEG DAY = NO MERCY 🦵🔥
If you’re looking to destroy your legs, this is the one. Save it, show up, and embrace the burn.
🐺 The Workout 🐺
1️⃣ Seated Leg Extensions
4 × 12–15
→ Squeeze at the top. Make your quads scream.
2️⃣ Seated Leg Curls
4 × 10–12
→ Control the negative. Hamstrings earn everything.
3️⃣ RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts)
4 × 8–10
→ Hips back. Heavy. Feel it stretch, then drive through.
4️⃣ Walking Lunges
3 × 20 steps (10 each leg)
→ No rushing. Every step should hurt a little more.
5️⃣ Seated Leg Press
4 × 10–15
→ Load it up. Full range. Finish strong.
Final note:
If you can walk out feeling fresh… you didn’t go hard enough.
