From here on, it will be referred to as ‘Murph’ in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.”

• 100 Pull-ups
• 200 Push-ups
• 300 Squats
• Run 1 Mile
*Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. If you’ve got a 20-Ib vest or body armor, wear it.*

Did you know your membership includes open gym?
Bar 10 hours of operation are:
• Monday- Friday: 5:30am- 7:30pm (excluding Fridays: until 6:30pm)
• Saturday 8:00am- 11:00am
We are open all day during the week.
Open gym provides accessibility on those days your schedule doesn’t quite align with class times.
Maybe you want to knock out a workout you missed earlier, or spend an active recovery day on the bike.
While class attendance is premium, we are open for what works for your schedule.
One of our members Dana, regularly attends class, and still mixes in open gym on days where she could otherwise choose to not show up.
“If I can’t make class and I’m using that as my excuse to not workout, it’s not a good excuse for me.”
Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered.

If we don’t move our joints through their capable ranges- they freeze and lose their availability.
