Chef Eddy Chacon loves creating specials that look just as incredible as they taste! And there’s nothing he enjoys more than seeing you come in with your friends and family to enjoy them.

Tonight at Brick House Bistro & Pub, Chef Eddy has outdone himself!

Parmesan-Encrusted Red Snapper served over fresh tagliatelle pasta in a rich Livornese sauce with cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, artichokes, and a beautiful saffron tomato broth.

This is the kind of dish that makes you want to slow down, enjoy every bite, and spend a little more time around the table.

Oh boy… Chef Eddy Chacon has done it again!

Tonight at the Brick House Bistro & Pub, Chef Eddy whipped up an Italian classic, Zuppa di Pesce! This may be one of our specials for next weekend if we get enough attention on this post.

Fresh seafood simmered in a rich, flavorful broth. If you love seafood, you’re going to want to see this!
