🚙⚡ Rebelle Rally Day 6 Update | Team YOTA #181 ⚡🚙

Team YOTA ( #181) continues to push forward through the challenging terrain of the 2026 Rebelle Rally! On Day 6, drivers Thompson / Ruppe earned 74 points, collecting 1 Green, 5 Blue, and 3 Black checkpoints while tackling the demanding off-road navigation course.

📍 Overall Standing: P25 in the 4x4 class

Team 181 continues to battle through the challenging terrain and unpredictable conditions of the 2026 Rebelle Rally in their Toyota Land Cruiser!

After an impressive 6th-place finish on Day 4, Kate and Leah faced another tough day of competition on Day 5, finishing 28th for the day.

What a comeback for Team 181! Kate and Leah battled challenging weather conditions and tough terrain to secure an impressive 6th-place finish on Day 4, moving up to 17th overall! 💪

⛈️ Day 4 | October 12, 2026

📍 Start: Base Camp 1, Nevada

🏁 Finish: Roy’s, Amboy, California

🌩️ Starting Conditions: Thunderstorms and 52°F

☀️ Finish Conditions: Clear skies, mid-70s and gusty winds

🛣️ Distance: 320 miles / 515 km

⏱️ Time Limit: 10 hours, 30 minutes

⛰️ Difficulty: 2.5 out of 5

After starting the rally in 30th place, Kate and Leah have steadily climbed the leaderboard, demonstrating determination, teamwork, and impressive navigation skills!

🏁 REBELLE RALLY 2026 | DAY 3 UPDATE 🏁

🌧️ Mother Nature threw a curveball at the Rebelle Rally today!

Day 3 brought unexpected challenges as extreme weather associated with Tropical Storm Rachel forced rally officials to cancel the remainder of today’s competition and route teams back to basecamp for safety.

Due to the shortened stage, only checkpoints 1–5 will count toward today’s official scores. Any penalties incurred during those checkpoints will remain in effect, while all subsequent checkpoints have been removed from scoring.

Despite the weather disruptions, PE Motorsports competitors Kate Thompson and Leah Ruppe continued climbing the leaderboard in their Toyota Land Cruiser!

📊 DAY 3 RESULTS:

* 🏆 Overall Standing: 19th
* 📈 Overall Progress: 30th → 21st → 19th

Toyota Production Engineering’s Kate Thompson and Leah Ruppe are making moves in their Toyota Land Cruiser at the 2026 Rebelle Rally!

That’s a 13-position improvement in daily placement and a 9-position climb in the overall standings! 🔥

Day 2 challenged competitors with 224 miles of demanding terrain from Caliente to Eureka, Nevada, testing their navigation skills, endurance, and teamwork.

Friday, October 9, marked the first official day of competition at the 2026 Rebelle Rally, and our PE Motorsports competitors, Kate Thompson and Leah Ruppe, were put to the test!

Day 1 made history as the longest opening day in the rally’s 11-year history! Teams tackled a grueling 234-mile (377 km) course, traveling from Base Camp 1 in Nevada into western Utah and back.

🏜️ Day 1 by the Numbers:
📍 Location: Caliente, Nevada, into western Utah
🛣️ Distance: 234.25 miles / 377 km
⏱️ Time Limit: 11 hours
🔥 Difficulty: 3 out of 5
🌡️ Temperatures: 52°F at the start, climbing to 88°F by the finish

Despite a moderate course difficulty rating, time management proved to be one of the biggest challenges of the day!

🏆 Team 181 finished Day 1 in 30th place, both for the day and overall!

Kate and Leah are just getting started in their Land Cruiser, with seven more days of competition ahead. We’re cheering them on as they continue navigating the demanding terrain of the Rebelle Rally!

The Rebelle Rally Day 1 is off and running.

The Rally Website is already giving them a shoutout, "So far, these four teams haven't missed a thing. Team 170 Desert Devil Dolls, Team 114 Compass & Chaos, Team 181 Yota Rewind and Team 161 Coordinate Hunters have found every checkpoint through Green CP 8, Blacks and all, without a single penalty."
