Being honest isn’t only about telling the truth to others, it’s also about being honest with yourself. If you make a mistake, own it. If you’re struggling, ask for help. If you could have done better, recognize it and use it as a chance to improve.

Master Chris challenged us to hit 300 push-ups together during our weekly meeting. We sees it as an opportunity to push each other, encourage each other, and get better together.

Our OneKick instructors are constantly challenging one another and holding each other accountable, not just to be better instructors, but to stay physically fit and ready to deliver, teach, and demonstrate our best for our students.

That’s what the right circle does.

They don’t let you stay comfortable.
They push you when you’re tired.
They hold you accountable when you make excuses.
They celebrate your progress.
And they remind you that you’re capable of more.

In Taekwondo, we don’t just train to become better martial artists. We train to become better leaders, teammates, parents, friends, and human beings.
