The Contrology Center

Ten years ago, we offered our first Restorative Pilates class with just three women meeting once a week… and now it’s grown into a community of like-minded women who meet weekdays at 12 noon. These incredible women, ages 62 to 82, show us what true strength, resilience, and discipline look like. I’ve always believed that Pilates heals bodies and returns them to life, but watching them grow stronger, more mobile, and more confident reminds me daily exactly why I share this work. Joseph Pilates said, “You’re only as young as your spine is flexible,” and I see that truth come alive every time they move.
Through years of experience, we have created a class that embraces every body—providing safe, supportive modifications so all can move confidently within this inspiring community.
