Labor Day shenanigans with my amazing husband… and, of course, our loyal watchdog! 🛠️🐾✨

This beautiful reformer has been changing the way people move since 2012, and after all these years, it was time to give her a little refresh!

New shoulder blocks, a new headrest, a new carriage, and a freshly padded footbar—bringing new life to a piece of equipment that has been part of The Contrology Center’s story from the very beginning. 🤍

A huge shoutout to my amazing husband for always being willing to tackle these projects with me—and to our four-legged supervisor for making sure everything was done just right! 🐶

Yesterday evening, our studio was filled with people at every stage of life and movement. Young dancers learning the foundations of Pilates. Corporate professionals unwinding after a busy day. A men’s equipment trio increasing mobility and spinal awareness. A private client rebuilding after surgery.

Different bodies. Different goals. One amazing method.

Our boutique setting allows us to thoughtfully bring together people with similar goals, creating an environment where everyone feels supported and challenged. Because Pilates isn’t for one age, one body, or one fitness level—it’s for anyone seeking a stronger body, a calmer mind, and a better quality of life. This is the beauty of Contrology-or as we like to call it today- Classical Pilates. 💕

A little behind the scenes at The Contrology Center Pilates Studio. Every quarter, we move every piece of equipment and hire professionals to deep clean the floors, hand-clean and inspect every apparatus, and refresh every corner of the studio—from the chandeliers overhead to the smallest details below.

It’s not glamorous, but it’s one of the many ways we care for the space where you move, breathe, and feel your best. It is important to us that we care for the studio as much as we care for the clients who experience the Classical Pilates Method with us.
