Kinderhook Sportsman's Sportsmen's Club featuring a rifle range, pistol range, trap stand, hunting grounds, and fishing pond in Ghent, NY. We also host a Veteran's Day program.

If you are a sportsman or sportswoman involved in the wide and varied world of shooting sports, have a love for fishing, hunting, trapping and camping you have come to the right place. This is where you will discover what it means to be a sportsman, an individual who possesses character, honesty and respect for nature and his fellow man. You'll also discover just what good work sportsmen do to open the world of the great outdoors and the lessons of responsibility, the balance of hunting, fishing and wildlife preservation to young people. We proudly support the Boy Scouts of Troop 113 as well as the Ukrainian Scouts with opportunities to learn and grow through sportsmen's programs as well as the Columbia Co Youth program . Should an individual require assistance on the range, we have Certified Instructors willing to give a helping hand. The Kinderhook Sportsmen's Club Offers

📢 EVENT UPDATE: Chicken BBQ & Raffle Rescheduled 📢

Due to the weather forecast and safety concerns, the Kinderhook Sportsman’s Club Annual Chicken BBQ and associated Raffle Drawing originally scheduled for Sunday, September 20, have been officially rescheduled.

Mark your calendars for the new date:

🗓 New Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026

⏰ BBQ Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

🎟 Raffle Drawing: 4:00 PM Sharp

📍 Location: Kinderhook Sportsman’s Club

What You Need to Know:

BBQ Dinners: All pre-purchased dinner tickets will be honored on Sunday, September 27.

Raffle Tickets: All tickets already sold are secure and entered into the drawing for next Sunday. Tickets will also remain available for purchase up until the 4:00 PM drawing on September 27.

Presence Not Required: As always, you do not need to be present to win the raffle—winners will be notified directly if drawn.

Refunds/Questions: If you cannot make the new date and need assistance, please send us a direct message on Facebook or contact a club officer.

Due to the weather forecast and safety concerns, the Kinderhook Sportsman’s Club Annual Chicken BBQ and associated Raffle Drawing originally scheduled for Sunday, September 20, have been officially rescheduled.

🍗 Chicken, sides, live music, and good community vibes—what more do you need on a Sunday?

Join us at the Kinderhook Sportsman’s Club for our Open Pit Chicken BBQ!

🗓 When: Sunday, September 27 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Where: 376 Fowler Lake Rd, Ghent, NY
💵 Cost: $17 / plate

Every plate includes:
Half chicken, corn on the cob, baked beans, coleslaw, baked potato, dinner roll, and dessert.
