Kim is a Personal trainer & combat performance coach with the following certifications: Body Building Specialist (ISSA), Elite Trainer (ISSA), Kickboxing Instructor (ISSA), Virtual Trainer (ISSA) in addition to a Level One Boxing Coach certification through Box n Burn Academy.

Kim has worked with ages ranging from 7 to 86, with varying fitness goals and abilities. She has 10 + years experience in Personal Training, 8 + years experience in boxing fitness and coaching, working one on one and in group conditioning, 3 years experience in kickboxing.

Youth members and their children can attend free of charge, and non-members can participate for $15.00.

NuAge KidsFit Boot Camp is returning, with new Saturday sessions now available. Our dynamic, high energy, fun-filled boot camp will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:15 am, and Saturdays from 9:30-10:15 am. The program starts on Tuesday, June 9th. Youth members and their children can attend free of charge, and non-members can participate for $15.00.
