One of our longtime RAW members is helping organize the Collins for a Cure 5K, a walk/run dedicated to raising money for pancreatic cancer research.

Pancreatic cancer has touched far too many families, and events like this help fund critical research while honoring those who have battled this disease.

If you’re available on Sunday, August 2, we’d love to see the RAW community come together to support this incredible cause. Whether you choose to run, walk, donate, or simply cheer people on, every bit of support makes a difference.

A Small Change That Makes a Big Difference
As many small businesses are experiencing, the cost of credit card processing fees continues to rise. Those fees have become a significant expense for us, and we’re looking for ways to keep our operating costs down so we can continue investing in what matters most—our members, our coaches, our equipment, and your experience at RAW.
One simple way you can help is by switching your membership payments from a credit card to ACH (bank account/e-check).
âś… ACH payments are:
• Secure
• Reliable
• Easy to set up
• A great way to help support your local gym without costing you anything extra.

If you would like to switch to ACH payments, please follow these steps:
    1.    Log into your Zen Planner member account/app
    2.    In the top left-hand corner inside the app (click the 3 dots) then under your larger photo, click “View Profile”.  Navigate down to “Payment Methods”
    3.    Click “add payment account” at bottom, manually select “e-check” at the top, then follow the steps.
    4.    Add your bank account information for ACH payments
    5.    Save your updated payment method
    6.    Email Molly at [email protected] to confirm/notify her of your switch so she can attach autopay to it.

Every member who switches helps reduce unnecessary processing fees, allowing more of your membership dollars to stay right here at RAW Training.

This is a 6-week program designed specifically for middle school athletes who want to become stronger, faster, more athletic, and more confident before their next season.

This summer, give your young athlete an advantage before their next season begins.

RAW Training is excited to offer a 6-Week Middle School Athletic Development Program designed specifically for middle school athletes age 13+ who want to become stronger, faster, more agile, and more confident in their sport.
Whatever their sport, this program will help develop the athletic foundation needed to perform at a higher level.

Program Includes:
*Functional Strength Training
*Speed & Agility Development
*Conditioning for Better Endurance
*Mobility & Injury Prevention
*Coordination & Athletic Movement Skills
*Confidence Building & Teamwork

Program Details (led by Sean Postler with over 15 years experience)

â—Ź Frequency: Monday and Fridays at 11am
â—Ź Session Length: 60 Minutes
â—Ź Who: Middle School Athletes ages 13+ (all sports and skill levels welcome)

RAW Training is proud to present RAW’K FEST — an all-new CrossFit-style endurance competition designed to test your fitness, teamwork, grit, and strategy from start to finish. This years event will look a little different, but one thing remains the same - you can expect a great competitive event!

Grab a partner and prepare for a day packed with Olympic lifting, gymnastics, endurance, pacing, and synchronized teamwork. This isn’t just about strength or speed — the teams that can move efficiently, communicate well, and stay composed under fatigue will rise to the top.

Whether you’re looking to push yourself and try your first competitive event, compete alongside your friend, or throw down at a high level, RAW’K FEST will feature divisions designed for a wide range of athletes.

DIVISIONS
RX
Perfect for athletes who want the full competition experience and challenge of the event. This division includes lighter loads, and more approachable skill requirements — while still delivering an intense and rewarding test of fitness.

RX+
Built for advanced competitors ready to chase the fastest times and take on heavier loads, longer distances, and more advanced skills.
Top teams in each RX+ category will earn a CASH PRIZE.

TEAM OPTIONS
Teams may compete as:
Male / Male
Female / Female
Male / Female
Final rankings will be separated by both division and team type.

EVENT FORMAT
Teams will move through a continuous series of stations designed to challenge every aspect of fitness. Some stations will require athletes to split the work strategically, while others will demand synchronized effort and teamwork.

Your official time begins the moment you and your partner cross the starting timing pad — and every second counts.

Athletes will receive assigned heat times prior to the event. Plan to arrive no earlier than 60 min before your scheduled start time. After check-in, warm up and report to the starting corral 20 min before your heat begins.

Registration opens soon and full workout details will be released at that time.
