🚶‍♀️ Want to Walk for a Good Cause?

Hey everyone! If anyone from our Casual Walk Club would like to join a charity walk supporting MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), this could be a great way to get some steps in while supporting an important cause. ❤️

It’s a chance to walk, meet up with others, and make a difference at the same time!

🍂👟 CASUAL WALK CLUB CHECK-IN! 👟🍂

Okay friends… October is ALMOST here, which means it’s time for us to dust off those walking shoes and get CASUAL again! 😂

We’ve missed our walks, laughs, random conversations, and of course… the occasional food stop afterward. 😉

Before we start planning our October walks, I want to hear from YOU!

🚨👟 ATTENTION, WALKERS & PROFESSIONAL WANDERERS! 👟🚨

We have survived another Arizona summer… and that deserves a WALK! 😂🌵

The Casual Walk Club will officially be STEPPING AGAIN IN OCTOBER! 🎉

We’re talking cooler weather, good conversation, fresh air, laughs, and maybe a little exercise sneaking in while we’re busy having fun. 😉

And remember… this is the CASUAL Walk Club!

🚶‍♀️ Walk fast? Great.
🚶‍♂️ Walk slow? Perfect.
🐢 Stop to chat? Obviously.
😂 Come mostly for the socializing? We won’t tell anyone.

No pressure. No pace requirements. No fancy fitness goals.

Just good people, casual walks, and a reason to get out of the house! ❤️

🚶‍♀️🌵 CASUAL WALK CLUB… WE’RE ALMOST BACK! 🌵🚶‍♂️

Okay friends… I think we can finally see the light at the end of the Arizona heat tunnel! 😂☀️

We’re getting closer to being able to lace up those shoes, get outside, and start walking together again! 🙌

No pressure. No pace requirements. No “fitness goals” necessary. Just a casual walk, some fresh(ish 😉) air, good conversation, laughs, and a chance to get out of the house and move our bodies together.

And honestly… after surviving another Arizona summer, I think we’ve EARNED it! 😂

As the mornings and evenings start becoming more reasonable, I’ll be watching the temperatures and getting our next walk on the calendar.
