Our Gen 2 volume dial protection for the Baofeng UV-5R radio is finally here; after over 4 years of use in environments all over the world we have culminated data that results in a refined radio lock to provide an even more effective solution to prevent unintentional manipulation of the volume dial.

The Gen 2 Volume Lock provides an enhanced geometry over the Gen 1 creating a better fit on the k**b and increased purchase for easier use with gloved hands, while shortening the tail of the lock to decrease interaction with mic leads.

Our most heard complaint in the Gen 1 was the inability to remove the lock by grabbing it and pulling vertically as the k**b may become stuck. This is no longer an issue with the added finger hole in the top of the device which aids in handling as well as allows the user to push through the hole to assist in removing the device vertically from the radio.

Best of all, we are offering the STL file right away so those of you with your own printers can print them in whatever color or material you'd like.

Big news.

Artificearmory.com is closing, but we are not going away for good. We are shifting focus and to accommodate that, we are rebranding to all of our existing products will continue to be available at www.lasergooselabs.com

Don't worry all of our manufacturing processes are staying the same and nothing is getting sent off to a 3rd party. We are still 100%

What this does mean is that the Artifice Armory brand is going away, all future posts will be made on the Instagram and pages.

Another field down! This time VIPAirsoft Arena In Gilbert AZ. Just like before, field specific photos will come when the list is posted, for now just the photos of players that I took while I was there.

Here is a little sneak peak (And a causal photo dump) of a pet project I am working on.

I am working towards creating a comprehensive list of all of the playing fields in Arizona, including information such as rules sets and required equipment for each field. I expect to display the facts with as little bias as possible.

The goal is to educate the community about the opportunities that are out there to get out and play toy guns. This is going to take a little while to put together as I am personally going to each field, playing and observing to get the most well-rounded experience and accurate information about each place.

Here are some photos I took of players while touring the field at Wild West Paintball and Airsoft Park. The Field-specific ones will come out when the list is compiled.
