My favorite thing about training in person is the connection that you make with the client and the small things that can be difficult to tweak/help with online. The downfall with in-person training is that there is ultimately less accountability with the client! (With the traditional model)

Online training is fantastic and probably fills more gaps than in-person training and provides a client with more accountability, consistency, a more flexible schedule, more education, etc. The issue though is you are missing that personal connection and that push/extra motivation of having somebody actually there in person (With the traditional model)

Thatâs doing random things but expected calculated results. Hate to break it to you but it doesnât work like that. Imagine trying to save up $10,000 in six months but not tracking any of your spending. You just spend when you want and buy when you want. Even more, you donât even look at the price of anything you buy, if you feel like it then you buy it

Itâs no different when you do the workouts that you feel like and TRY to randomly put things together and TRY to eat healthy. You will likely be disappointed with your results in the long run and not hit your goals because trying alone is not enough, you must also have a plan for your exercise and nutrition if you want your body and mind to change
