Tired. Sore. Long week… but still showed up.

Self-care doesn’t always mean going hard ..sometimes it means moving smarter.

Today was all about mobility, upper body, and core work WITHOUT spinal flexion or extension… protecting my back while still building strength.
💪
My go-to core moves:
• Marching with knee drive — slow and controlled, focus on keeping hips stable and core braced
• Bird dogs — tight core, no shifting, move with intention
• Dead bugs — press your spine into the floor, with or without weight, control everything
🏋️♀️
I personally wear a back brace when I lift and move you can use a lifting belt or brace too. The goal is awareness, stability, and protecting your spine.

Injuries or lifelong pain don’t get to decide if you show up. You adapt. You listen. You get stronger in a different way.

Work with what you have.
Take care of your body.
Count your blessings along the way.
