Hi! I began practicing Yoga in 2008 after the birth of my second child.

As both of my children have gotten older they have shown increased interest in Yoga and are always trying to figure out exactly what I’m doing on that mat! After much research and my own Kids Yoga Certification by Rainbow Kids Yoga, I started Grow with Yoga ABC in the Spring of 2014.
