We are incredibly lucky to partner with Sports Academy for our strength training program! 🏴‍☠️

Our Day 0 testing set the standard using cutting-edge force plate technology! Each athlete got their own personalized performance dashboard, creating a custom blueprint to optimize their athletic development, target key areas for growth, and elevate on-court ex*****on.

Our ladies have been putting in the work this pre-season and we are excited to see it translate to the court!
