Super proud of my client for losing a total of 50lbs and 15% body fat! He was able to get down 30 all by himself and we worked together to get down the other 20lbs.
This man has put in the work both physically and mentally! If heβs not at the gym or yoga he is out hiking or doing something physically challenging.
First thing I got to say is that a lot of us men struggle with pride and it can prevent us from seeking help and doing the rehab that our bodies need. He was able to put his pride aside and get into a routine of stretching/foam rolling, yoga and rehab. Also he was able to decrease the weight he lift so that he can work on perfecting his form. Secondly, I think the thing most of us struggle with when we want to get in shape is food.
He worked very hard on logging his food π₯ almost everyday. It took awhile to build this habit because there were time where he was caught up with work or some mental hurdles. But through all of that he learned and changed his behaviors and mentality around food. Now he is cooking his own meals, switching to healthier options and lower portions.
Overall such an amazing period of growth and honestly he is much more physically active than I am π
. I donβt know if I can hike for 10+miles like he does. Good job brother, proud of you!

Client highlight: Kathy
She's been training with me for about 2 years now and she lost a total of 40lbs in the first year!! She has also gotten more flexible and mobile with her job and everyday life activity. ππͺ
Now she's working on keeping it off and finding the balance in her life. Kathy works full time and go to school part time so it is still very tough to maintain the fitness and health aspect of her life.
