New Players Tryouts for 2027 season set for Saturday, September 26th. Any and all new players are welcome and encouraged to tryout. Prospective players should fill out the Google Form before attending. Players must be in grades 8-12 and born between 2008-2013. Any questions regarding the program, please contact Coach Perleberg. Change to 2027 Season!

The Riders program will make a slight change to their teams' layouts for the 2027 season and consolidate from 5 teams down to 4 teams. The 13U Jr Riders team will be moved now to a 13U Bulldogs team, with players now having the ability to play one more year of Bulldogs. The move will allow players one more year of devleopment/maturity before joining the Riders program. "Many of the travel tournaments are now including 13U divisions, so the scheduling opportunities are endless, said Riders coach Nate Perleberg. With the States new model, the entry level division for Wyoming Legion is 15U, thus waiting one more year, ensures these players another year to prepare for this jump."

Tryouts for the 13U Bulldogs team will be on Sunday, September 27 at 5 pm.

Tryouts for the 15U Jr Riders team, as well as any other new players for our Legion program will be on Saturday, September 26, time to be determined.

In order to tryout for our 2027 15U Jr Rider team, players must be born in 2013 AND entering 8th grade this year. All other players wanting to try out for the 2027 Riders program must be born between 2008-2013. More information for tryouts, as well as a sign up form will be coming in the next week.

A special thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 State Tournament a success! From the months of preparation, to the 5 days of tournament play! From our board and President Ben Partlow, to our coaching staff, parents, players, umpires, and volunteers! It takes a lot to run a tournament of this magnitude. It was a success indeed!

"The ultimate measure of man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at the times of challenge and controversy."

This group of guys went through as much adversity and things out of their control, as any group Ive coached. Yet day and day in, they put their heads down and stayed the course. While the State Tournament didnt go the way we hoped, it does not define this group or this season. They were counted out more times than not, but did not detour from the daily process. They finished 40-32, 2nd in the conference and competed daily with oftentimes less numbers and talent, than our opponents. They were selfless, committed, and are true Riders through and through. They played for their team, coaches, and community daily. They raised the standard once again for Riders Baseball. Im beyond proud to have lead this team. I Love you guys!

Championship today at 12 pm features the Cheyenne Sixers and the Sheridan Jets. The Jets must win twice. Good luck to both teams.
