Calling all little mermaids, ocean explorers, and sea creatures ages 4–9! Join us for a magical glow-in-the-dark yoga adventure 🌟
This glowing summer celebration includes:
💙 An interactive under-the-sea yoga adventure
🪼 Glow dance parties & ocean-themed games

Feel free to wear your brightest neon colors or white to shine under the black lights—and if your Lil Yogi has a favorite mermaid, pirate, sea creature, or ocean-inspired costume they’d love to wear, they’re more than welcome! Costumes are completely optional, but imagination is always encouraged. 🌟

Join us in honoring the Summer Solstice, the turning point into early summer, when light is at its fullest and the season begins to unfold into expansion and warmth.
This 90-minute experience blends Restorative Yoga and Reiki energy healing to support deep rest while gently aligning with the bright, outward-moving energy of the season.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle movement before settling into fully supported restorative postures designed to soften the nervous system and invite ease. Reiki is woven throughout the practice to encourage balance, clarity, and subtle energetic renewal.
This intimate group setting allows for individualized Reiki attention and an unhurried, supportive pace. Reiki may be received hands-on or hands-off, always guided by your comfort and choice.
Rest into stillness, soften into the body, and reconnect with your natural radiance as summer begins to bloom.

Join us at Jersey Joint dispensary as we partner with our neighbors down the street for Wellness Wednesday . You will arrive into a massage and mingle where you will be treated to a chair massage, light refreshments, and a mingle with friends. Following the massages we will flow through a slow Yoga class with a Sound Bath Savanna. After all that chill out, there will be opportunity to shop bud tender recommended strains. This is a 21+ event. So we will be checking IDs at the door. See you there!
