I gave my son a good workout he was all talking but it changed when the time came in my happy place he wasn't all talk after all lol

Please stay away from those weight loss magical pills and injections they will do more harm than good plus once you stop your fat will return 2xs more than what it was they all sound good and magical but in reality it's harming your body including liver and kidneys they all carry a **warning label**

I had my shake today and learned how to make different ones from working at island gym the management sucked there back then I don't know if they have new ones but I did learn a lot about gym equipment and making shakes
