Most fitness programs fail executives not because of lack of discipline — but because they were never built for the right life.

Waking up at 3:20 AM works for me because my entire schedule, nutrition, and training is structured around that decision. Pull that one piece out and drop it into your calendar and it collapses. Because it was never yours to begin with.

This is the flaw in every generic fitness program sold to high-performing men. It hands you someone else’s system and tells you to force it into your life. Your travel schedule, your board meetings, your late nights — none of that was accounted for.

That outfit you keep grabbing. You know exactly which one it is.

For me it was a loose pullover. I reached for it almost every time we went out. Not because I liked it. Because it covered what I did not want anyone to see.

I was not getting dressed. I was managing.

The men I work with as a fitness coach are not out of shape because they lack knowledge. They are out of shape because they are running their health on willpower instead of structure. No fitness motivation post fixes that. The right accountability does.
