We’re continuing our Grow With Warriors class spotlight series, and this week we’re highlighting one of our Gymnastics for All options!

ADAPTIVE PLAY | Ages 2–6

Every child deserves the opportunity to move, explore, build confidence, and experience the fun of gymnastics!

Based on our preschool gymnastics curriculum, Adaptive Play is designed for young athletes who may benefit from a quieter environment, smaller class setting, individualized instruction, and additional support.

Athletes explore introductory gymnastics skills on bars, beam, and floor while building coordination, motor skills, body awareness, and confidence. Activities and skills can be modified to meet each athlete where they are and help them progress at their own pace.

What makes Adaptive Play different? This is the only class happening in the gym at that time, creating a quieter, less stimulating environment where athletes can feel comfortable, supported, and successful.

At Warriors, we believe gymnastics is for everyone. 💙💛

We’re continuing our Grow With Warriors class spotlight series! Next up, we’re moving from Bears to our growing, more independent gymnasts:

OTTERS | Ages 3.5–5

Otters is an independent class—parents get to watch from the sidelines while gymnasts work with their coaches!

This class is designed for growing gymnasts who are ready for more independence. Coaches lead fun, structured activities that build confidence, coordination, and foundational gymnastics skills.

Skills include:
⭐ Front support on bars
⭐ Forward rolls
⭐ Walking on the balance beam
⭐ Hopping on one foot

Along with gymnastics skills, Otters practice important group skills like following directions, taking turns, staying with the group, and working toward completing skills independently.
