1. WEEKLY FEES: The amount to be paid by each bowler weekly shall be $25.00. ($11.50 lineage, $13.50 prize fund)
a. There are no arrearages.
b. The last week of bowling is due by May 24, 2021.
c. Team envelopes must be turned in by the 4th frame of game 1.
d. Make checks payable to Monday Night High Rollers. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
e. Teams will receive a zero (0) for any member that bowl and has not paid their weekly dues.
