1. WELCOME TO TATI

TATI Cycling Coaching exists to help athletes become stronger, healthier, smarter, and more disciplined through structured cycling training. This is not random riding. This is deliberate preparation supported by data, recovery, nutrition, communication, and accountability.

TATI is designed for athletes who want structure, support, and progression.

We are not simply riding bikes.
We are building fitness that opens the door to excellence.

Attention VeloCity Riders and friends. We have not officially solidified a consistent day and time yet for speed training, but we are getting closer. I recently shared the page link in several chats so more people can follow along and stay updated as we continue building this thing together.

Right now, we are leaning toward Wednesdays at 6:30 PM once the intense summer heat starts to back off a little. The goal is to create a fun, structured environment where riders of all levels can safely work on speed, bike handling, fitness, confidence, and group riding skills.

More details are coming soon. For now, please continue following the page, spread the word, and let us know if Wednesdays at 6:30 PM would work for you. Let’s keep growing the cycling community the right way. Strength is a choice.
