Today, we celebrate Seth. Seth has been a member of the gym since March 2023. Seth later became an employee in April 2024. We're so proud of Seth and the fine young man he has become. Soon he'll head off to the University of Oklahoma. We're super sad to see him go but we know he'll do great in all things.

Lisa Portwood Andersen is holding her first place position in Masters Bikini while Abel Ramirez (1st place / Novice / Bodybuilding) and Travis Campbell (2nd place / Heroes / Classic Physique) are taking their debut spots! Radonna and I as well as everyone at Goetz Physical Culter Center are extremely proud of yall’s accomplishments!

Huge shout out to Alex Haines who competed in the Battle Up Productions / 2026 NPC - Phil Heath Super Show yesterday. Alex placed first in the 35+, Masters, Classic Physique, Division and fourth in the Open category. His conditioning was the result of dedication, perseverance and pure FFHL mentality as revealed in his back, bicep pose. Radonna and I express our sincere gratitude to the Goetz Physical Culture Center community for supporting Alex throughout the process. A single competitor on stage represents a team of support!

2026 NPC Phil Heath Super Show prejudging is complete. Alex Alex Haines brought an absolute fantastic presentation this morning. Super proud of him, his prep this year & stage confidence. ✨️Finals will begin at 4pm this afternoon. Gym peeps, stay tuned!!🏆
