The “Little” Wins That Are Actually BIG Wins 🏊‍♀️💦

Sometimes progress in swim lessons doesn’t look like swimming across the pool.

Sometimes, it looks like…

🏊 Putting their face in the water for the first time
💦 Blowing bubbles and learning to control their breathing
🛟 Floating independently for a few seconds longer
👀 Opening their eyes underwater and becoming more comfortable
🙌 Asking to try again after something felt challenging
😊 Getting in the water without being nervous

These moments may seem small, but they’re BIG steps toward confidence, comfort, and important water skills. ❤️

Every fishie learns at their own pace, and we’re here to celebrate every bit of progress along the way!

It has been beyond awesome watching them become more independent and discover that they can trust themselves and use the skills they’ve worked so hard to learn. 💙

Watching their confidence grow, seeing them realize what they are capable of, and knowing how far they’ve come makes my heart so happy! 🥹👏

🌶️ Calling All Chili Lovers! 🌶️

Looking for a fun (and delicious) way to spend your weekend? The annual CASI Chili Cook-Off is back at Dinosaur Valley RV Park, and they need CHILI JUDGES!

If you love great chili and want to help crown the winners, all you have to do is:
🌶️ Just show up-No RSVP needed.
🌶️ Bring your family and friends
🌶️ Show up at 11:30 AM on Saturday or Sunday at the Event Center at Dinosaur Valley RV Park
🌶️ When you arrive, ask for Donna or Diane and let them know you’re there to be a judge!

It’s a fun way to spend time with the community, and support a great tradition.

One of the things I love most about these cook-offs is that they benefit local charities while bringing our community together. ❤️

🐠 One of the very first lessons our little fishies learn… before they even start swimming! 💛

At Radiant Swim School, one of our biggest priorities is water safety. That’s why we teach every swimmer to wait until they’re called into the water by their teacher or a trusted adult.

It may seem like a simple rule, but it’s one of the most important habits they can build. Learning to wait helps children understand that the water is only safe when a responsible adult is ready and watching. It also helps keep everyone around them safe by preventing unexpected jumps or accidents.

We love watching our fishies practice patience, build confidence, and learn that being a great swimmer starts with making smart, safe choices. 🌊✨

Because water safety isn’t just part of swim lessons—it’s a skill that can last a lifetime. 💛🐟
