After battling knee pain for over 2 years, Eli put in the work on strength, plyos, and proprioception to rebuild his game from the ground up. 🏋️♂️🔥 Now he’s back on the court, pain-free, competing in tournaments, and showing off all that hard work. Talk about a true rebound story! 🏀💪

👋 Hello Total Sports Physical Therapy family!
My name is Alex Constantino, PT, DPT. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Illinois University in 2014 and went on to complete my Doctor of Physical Therapy at NIU in 2017. After growing up and beginning my career in the Chicago area, I moved to Arizona in 2021 and have loved calling it home ever since. 🌵
My wife, Kristen, is an elementary school teacher and online coach empowering women to break free from toxic relationships. Together we enjoy exploring the Arizona outdoors, hiking, and spending time with our dog, Puma 🐕⛰️.
I’m a die-hard Chicago sports fan—Bulls, Cubbies, and Da Bears through and through! 🏀⚾🐻 And when I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me out on the golf course (slightly addicted 😜).
One of my favorite parts of my work is treating golfers and helping them move better, perform better, and prevent injury. With advanced training from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), I enjoy blending manual therapy, rehab, exercise, and performance strategies to get golfers back to swinging stronger than ever. ⛳💪
I’m passionate about helping all my patients recover, move better, and get back to the activities they love—whether that’s sports, family life, or just feeling strong again.
Is there anything else you’d like to know about me? Drop a comment below! 👇

We’ve had the privilege of working with Woody through multiple offseasons — watching his hard work, dedication, and resilience pay off year after year. From the weight room to the treatment table, he’s put in the effort to make sure he’s at his best when it matters most.
Now, he’s taking that same work ethic to Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania to continue his football journey. We’re proud to have been a small part of his path, and we can’t wait to see all that he accomplishes on and off the field.
Go get ’em, Woody! 💪🏽🏆

After breaking her ankle, she is back on the soccer pitch and kicking butt! ⚽
Marlett worked hard during her quick but effective rehabilitation, both inside and outside the clinic. She worked on strengthening, balance, range of motion, plyometrics, sport-specific exercises, and much more while she was in the clinic. Her positive and motivated attitude towards her program is what sets her apart from the rest, 💪
If you are looking to help get back on the field with a specialized care team that is looking to make a difference in your rehab so you come back stronger and more confident, then come visit us. ‼️
