Coconut Oil Coffee Recipe
Ingredients:
đ1 cup of coffee, brewed the way you like it
đ1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Optional extras:
đA sliver of unsalted butter
đQuarter teaspoon of vanilla extract
đHoney
đMilk
đCondensed milk
đRaw egg
đIce
Preparation:
đMake your coffee the way you like it and pour into your blender with a tablespoon of coconut oil or more to taste.
đBlend until your coffee with coconut oil lightens in color, about 20 to 30 seconds.
đAt this stage you can drink or add in other ingredients and blend for a further 20 seconds or until thoroughly combined.

There are people out there who have secret talks with their selves at night before falling asleep. No, they are not crazy and yes, it is healthy.

And make sure to avoid wrapping them in plastic bags.
Your shallots, onions, and garlic want to breathe.
And breathing in a plastic bag isnât the easiest thing to do.
Optimism
The human brain is wired to be negative. We anticipate threats. We exaggerate threats. We sometimes see threats that simply are not there. Itâs protective, but itâs also burdensome.
