To be as coordinated on one side as the other is important when you hurt you dominant hand and function is limited.
Writing with my left hand used to be wayyyy worse, thankfully I have practiced.
Also throwing the ball for my dog, today looked a little different. š¤£
Made sure my husband couldnāt see me. š

How I became pain-free and back to playing again.
Conditioning looks different now for me. I now listen to my body and move in a range that feels safe on that day.
This is also how I work with my clients⦠a quick check in before we start and maybe a few adjustments to the plan before we begin. Strength in the body as a whole is more than just lifting some weights in the gym. Itās about connecting all systems that move you through your day.
