We've also got Primal Saturday at 8:30am and Sunday at 11:30am!

Get this short week kicked off right! We've got class at 6:15pm every week night this week - plus some 5:30am, 4:45pm, and 7:30pm classes!

When will we see you?!

NO CLASSES ON LABOR DAY

There will be no classes on Monday Sept. 7th, due to Labor Day.

**Our regular class schedule will resume on Tuesday Sept.8th.

CLASS SCHEDULE CHANGES

We are sorry to inform our members that as of today we will no longer be offering our Tuesday 7:30PM Glutes & Abs class, along with our Thursday 7:30PM Vinyasa Flow & Restore class. While this may only be a temporary change, we hope to be able to offer these classes again in the future.

**All other yoga classes will continue to be offered at their scheduled times.

We here at Amenzone Arrowhead, would like say thank you to our wonderful members, who are more like our FAMILY! You guys are the heart and soul that makeup our gym. There's really no form of gratitude that will show how much we appreciate you guy, gals and kiddos. You are the LIFE of our culture and community, that truly represents the Amenzone movement.

This Friday August 21st @ 6:15PM we would like to give back to you with a special class, followed by merchandise raffles, giveaways, and other fun goodies.

PRIMAL MOMS' NIGHT OUT!!

Last night's event was great! Absolutely Fitness & Fun partnering w/ West Valley Moms Blog for our Moms' Night Out Primal Class. There was new definition of MOMStrong in the building! These ladies put in work from start to finish, and got to enjoy some giveways for their efforts.
