Olivia shared her journey through sports broadcasting, from covering high school sports to the NFL and now serving as one of Los Angeles' top sports journalists. Her energy, insight, and passion for sports made for an outstanding presentation that our members thoroughly enjoyed.

I want to thank you for the amazing words of guidance and encouragement that you shared with Tyler today as he begins his journey in the Honors College at Texas Tech. He was truly moved by the organizations generosity and really appreciates the responsibility of sharing his good fortune with others when he is in position to do so later in life. Tyler will certainly keep you posted on his success. All the best and looking forward to hearing your amazing play calls at GCC for the Village games this season.

Past QB Club President Kevin Danni was able to award the QB Club Scholarship to Aaron Perez from St. Francis High School who will be attending Pasadena City College in the fall with hopes of transferring to UCLA.

Kris Kohlmeier presented the Hoover HS Scholarship recipient, Diego Abadia, with his $1,000 scholarship.

Start making your plans to be a part of our great group, as we present our annual KICKOFF PARTY ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, AT LOS GRINGOS LOCOS IN LA CANADA. We'll all be able to say hello once again to old friends, meet new members and guests, and get your first chance to see the coaches who will stop by to say hello. We'll be there from 4:30pm-7:30pm to meet and greet, and eat and drink. It's always a fun way to get ready for our season.

OUR FIRST MEETING - TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, OAKMONT COUNTRY CLUB - With doors opening at 11:00am, lunch is served at 11:30am, with the program starting at NOON.
