HAPPY NATIONAL DANCE DAY!! 🤩

To all my clients past, present, and future this one is for you!!

Thank you for making Dance part of your special day.

Thank you for acknowledging the joy, the discipline, the hard work, the artistry and showing up to learn something incredibly difficult.

Thank you for being vulnerable and stepping outside of your comfort zone and thank you for trusting me and choosing me to create a beautiful dance.

And to every single person out there who loves to dance! 🥳

With love and gratitude,

Moments like these are rare, and when they’re captured, I’m incredibly grateful. 🤍

They had just finished their dance, and this photo says it all. I was walking toward them, and in that moment, we shared the same look—pure joy, pride, and a sense of accomplishment.

We knew we absolutely slayed.

I’ve had that exact feeling and look myself after a performance!

Ever wondered why Armenians throw money during the first dance?

It’s called “shabash”….. and while it might look surprising (and even turn some people off at first 😅), it actually has a really beautiful meaning when done right.

This tradition is all about blessing the couple with prosperity, abundance, and a strong start to their new life together. Every bill tossed onto the dance floor is a wish for happiness, success, and love.

And in many weddings, some of the money is also collected and shared with the musicians and staff as a gesture of appreciation.

When done with joy and intention, shabash is a beautiful gesture of generosity! 🤍

💃🏻Using the elements of dance, choreography involves creatively combining
body, action, space, time and energy to design intricate movements and patterns that express ideas, emotions or tell a story in a meaningful or fun way!!

💃🏻A really great tool when a choreographer has a creative block!
