Ever wonder how you can become a Group Fitness Instructor?
The WAC is hosting an Instructor Training Program (ITP) for both Strength & Yoga class formats next month!
This is an 8-week course held on Tuesdays at 6:30pm that will teach you the basics of leading a class. It costs $95 for members, $135 for non-members.

ACT FAST - each format is limited to 10 participants! Registration deadline is September 24th.

Monday (Labor Day), open 6:30am-2pm
